Kultur International Films is the largest owner of performing arts content in North America. After over 3 decades of declining monetization through DVD and CD sales, they decided to diversify and modernize their offering, and create a new digital subscription product. With Jamie’s background in media, subscription models, and acquisition, she was brought in to build out this new revenue channel. She created and executed the entire go-to market strategy (branding, messaging, pricing, acquisition), the UX/customer journey and development roadmap, the pricing models, and the backend operational support required to launch this new product. The result was the 1st and only on-demand digital streaming solution for the performing arts, which launched at the Cannes Film Festival in 2014.
